Jack Hoskins Jr. was nineteen years old when he founded Quality Roofing in 1993. His younger brother David was the only other employee. Thirty-three years later, the company still operates from 1150 N Main Street in Paris, the same address it occupied when Jack incorporated as Hoskins Enterprise, Inc. in 2006. That kind of rooted continuity is rare in Texas residential roofing, and it shapes everything Quality Roofing has built.

The business is owner-occupied in the most literal sense. Jack remains President; his wife Tracy is Company Owner; their son Jackson, around the business since he was six months old, now leads the Junior Crew. The apprenticeship, started in 2019 for Jackson and his friends, runs every summer and graduates teenagers into the year-round teams. Almost no residential roofer in Texas runs a pipeline like that.

The numbers track with the tenure: more than 6,000 jobs since 1993, BBB A+ accredited since May 2010, and 4.8 stars across 24 reviews on the live Google profile. "Jack and his team have delivered a quality job on time and on budget," Dave Osborne wrote in 2025, calling the company a multi-year repeat. Dennis Daugherty's review names both Jack and Tracy by first name and credits them with handling his insurance claim end-to-end.
